The Only Murders in the Building star recently revealed that she’d named the organ—which was transplanted in 2017—after another Hollywood actor that she’s rather fond of: Fred Armisen. The actress has never met him, but she’s such a fan of his sketch comedy Portlandia that she now carries a symbolic part of him with her at all times. “…I’m secretly hoping he finds that out just because I want him to be like, ‘That’s weird,’” Gomez told Rolling Stone in a new interview. The Saturday Night Live alum has yet to comment on the revelation, but we are eagerly awaiting his response. Gomez spoke with the publication in preparation of her new Apple TV documentary My Mind & Me, which released today, Nov. 4. The film follows her journey over several years as she balances her mental and physical health (the “Lose You to Love Me” Singer also has Lupus and Bipolar Disorder) with her career and time in the spotlight.
