Banks appeared on The Late Late Show on Sept. 22 and revealed the magic words Kardashian said to get her on board with the campaign. “At first I said no,” Banks told James Corden. “I’m not being in my panties. I’m retired from being in my panties, I’m a businessperson now.” But after the SI Swimsuit 2022 cover model personally called Banks and persuaded her for 30 minutes, she was sold. Christopher Polk/Getty Images “Now that’s a businesswoman. She broke it down left, right, center,” Banks recalled. “I got off the phone and I talked to my mama and my mama was like, ‘Are you crazy? Get your ass in the panties right now.’” Banks hasn’t modeled lingerie or underwear in several years (with the exception of her 2019 SI Swimsuit cover shoot) but on Instagram, she said it was muscle memory, “like riding a bike.” And “the poses came back even fiercer than before.” After all, she’s a natural. The campaign was for the shapewear company’s “Fits Everybody” line and also featured SI Swimsuit model Heidi Klum alongside models Candice Swanpoel and Alessandra Ambrosio. It was an iconic reunion of OG Victoria’s Secret models so incredible that Kardashian herself had to jump in. “OK so I wasn’t supposed to be in this @SKIMS campaign but I stopped by and jumped in because it was too iconic,” Kardashian wrote in the caption of her Instagram post sharing a sneak peek of the shoot. “Introducing Tyra, Heidi, Alessandra and Candice wearing our signature SKIMS Fits Everybody collection.” More News:
