How much ham per person?

If serving boneless or ham:

Figure each person will eat about 1/4 to 1/3 pounds of ham. If serving bone-in ham:

You’ll need to account for the weight of the bone in your calculations. Figure you’ll need about 1/3 to 1/2 pounds of meat per person.
