Here’s everything we know so far about Stefani’s super-stylish, A-list looks for her “Wow!” wedding to Shelton.

How many wedding dresses did Gwen Stefani have?

Two! Her first one was a more traditional, long and flowing gown, but for her reception, she rocked a white minidress!

Who designed Gwen Stefani’s wedding dresses?

Legendary wedding-dress designer Vera Wang created both of Stefani’s wedding-day looks—and explained all of the details for both dresses on Instagram.  For the ceremony, Wang noted that Stefani “chose a custom lily-white silk georgette and hand tumbled tulle high low gown with a plunging neckline and a cut away back.” When it came time to party, Stefani donned another dress that didn’t disappoint!  “For the reception, she chose a custom lily-white Italian silk crepe and hand tumbled tulle strapless mini dress with hand pieced silk, crystal and sequin embroidered foliage delicately trickling from the waist down the skirt,” Wang wrote on Instagram. Fans were also quick to notice that, in an apparent nod to Shelton’s country-star status and down-home upbringing, Stefani paired her minidress with white cowboy boots! And, as PEOPLE reported, the stiletto-heeled boots from Le Silla “featured Swarovski crystals with the monogram of their initials, also with crystals, on the sole.”

Gwen Stefani’s veil

Another detail fans flipped over? Stefani wore a floor-length veil for her ceremony that paid props (by name!) not only to Shelton, but to her three kids—sons Kingston, Zuma and Apollo Rossdale—whom she shares with ex-husband, Gavin Rossdale. View this post on Instagram

A post shared by Gwen Stefani (@gwenstefani) As Wang wrote, “The gown was worn with a lily white chapel length veil featuring hand-embroidered names of Blake, Gwen, Kingston, Zuma and Apollo flanked by 2 white roses at the hem of the veil.”

What was Gwen Stefani’s wedding dress embroidery design?

Stefani’s wedding ensembles didn’t overlook a single element. In addition to embroidering the names of the most important men in her life into her ceremony veil, she also had a subtle shoutout sewn into her second dress! Wang explained that on Stefani’s reception minidress, “The embroidery is highlighted by a pair of hand-sewn love birds symbolizing the couple. They are joined by 3 baby love birds representing Gwen’s children.” Next, speaking of celeb-country couples, get to know Dolly Parton’s husband, Dean!
