We finally got to see where Dr. Ethan Stone (Michael Cassidy) was taken after he was mistaken for Harry by Agents Casper (Mandell Maughan) and Logan (Alex Barima). Ethan is being held captive with other possible aliens as General McCallister (Linda Hamilton) tries to weed out the riffraff from the actual aliens. She turns on the charm and offers Ethan a gourmet meal only to stab him in the hand in hopes the severe pain would shock him into reverting into his alien self. Unfortunately for Ethan, the stab only caused pain and a hole in his hand as a result. Asta, in a moment of weakness after helping deliver her cousin baby’s, shows up at her ex Jimmy’s (Ben Cotton) place. After Harry’s radio he built to send a message to his home planet is knocked over by Asta after she learns the message was just a 50-year reprieve from his planet’s plans to wipe the world of the human race, both are frustrated and are not sure what to do next until Harry receives a transmission in his native language with a number from New York City. In this week’s episode of Resident Alien, “Family Day”, the town of Patience is putting on a Family Day festival with Mayor Ben (Levi Fiehler) working on upping the town’s image. Asta and Harry’s plans to head to New York in search of the mysterious alien caller are waylaid when an unexpected relative shows up in town. In this Parade.com exclusive first clip at “Family Day”, D’Arcy has a run-in with Jimmy and is surprised to hear what he has to say.
