The official Cedar Point TikTok account shared what it has coined as the “Mariah Carey CP Heels Challenge” in a video posted this past weekend. In the video, Cedar Point employees–and those posing as park visitors–can be seen strutting across the park in stilettos, platform boots, and heeled booties as they successfully checked off their to-do lists. The group hiked from attraction to attraction, swept the grounds, and served concessions to prove that it’s possible to get around an amusement park in heels. “Are you up for the @Mariah Carey CP Heels Challenge?,” the video’s caption read. “Love this!!!! 😂 But try walking in them all day long, okay?!? 😂,” Carey later replied in the comments. Other Cedar Point theme park enthusiasts seemed to dig the challenge, too. “this is why you guys are THAT park. i love it 😍😍,” one gushed. Another said they would come prepared to complete the challenge during their next visit, “I’m bringing my heels this weekend,” they wrote. “The fact cedar point posted this… I’m def going there now,” someone else admitted. The Mariah Carey Challenge at Cedar Point was created in response to a set of adorable snapshots the award-winning singer shared from her and her twins’ recent trip to the park. “Had the best time at @cedarpoint! Never again with the heels though! 😂,” Carey wrote in the caption of her Sept. 6 Instagram post that featured two images of her with Moroccan and Monroe; the 11-year-old twins she shares with ex Nick Cannon. Due to the 53-year-old’s choice of footwear, Carey’s original post quickly drew a lot of attention. “WITH THE HEELS! WHAT A LEGEND😭😭😭😻😻😻😻,” one fan exclaimed. “if i saw THE mariah carey in heels at cedar point i would pass away,” someone else joked. Another applauded the Queen of Christmas: “It was a look honey! An ensemble!” What do you think? Are you up for the challenge? More Pop Culture:
