Meghan Markle and Prince Harry have been fiercely protective of 6-month-old Lilibet Diana’s privacy since her birth in June, but both 2-year-old Archie and his sister Lili are featured on the Sussexes’ family Christmas card this year. The sweet picture of Meghan holding a giggling Lili in the air, while Archie perches on Harry’s knee, was taken in summer at their home in Montecito, not long after Lili was born. Harry and Meghan wrote, “This year, 2021, we welcomed our daughter, Lilibet, to the world. Archie made us a ‘Mama’ and a ‘Papa’, and Lili made us a family.” In the snapshot, Harry, Meghan and Archie are all wearing jeans. We can’t believe how much Archie has grown, and how much he resembles his father! The photo was given by the duke and duchess to Team Rubicon— an organization that mobilizes veterans to help serve their communities—to share. The couple also made a donation to Welcome US, which helps Afghan refugees to rebuild their lives in the US. Behind the camera was photographer Alex Lubomirski, who was Harry and Meghan’s wedding photographer. He also took their official engagement portraits. He described photographing the Sussexes as a family as a “delightful honor.” Next up, 10 Things That Will Happen When Queen Elizabeth II Dies
